Breaking Bad to finally be shown in full on UK TV for the one person who still hasn't seen it
Five USA originally dropped it after two seasons
Good news if you have been locked in a cave with only a boxset of Antiques Roadshow for company, Breaking Bad is finally coming to UK television!
All five seasons will be shown on new free-to-view channel Spike, remarkably the first time it has been shown in full over here after Channel 5 (owned by the same company as Spike) embarrassingly dropped it after the first two seasons.
Spike, which already exists in the US, will launch on 15 April on Freeview, Freesat and SkyTV.
Correction: We accidentally used a still with a cat Photoshopped in, but have decided to leave it in because it's great. Silly cat thinks he can have roof pizza!
I guess it's also a good opportunity to re-watch the show, which I've been meaning to give a second run-through for a while, particularly if you're too lazy to fire up Netflix.
Spike will also be the first UK channel to show season 5 of The Walking Dead, and air the Stephen Merchant-produced Lip Sync Battle.
"Spike is a driven, high-energy channel offering a point of view and programme mix I think is different from anything else on British TV right now," said Ben Frow, Channel 5's Programme Director, who will oversee the channel's editorial content.
