Following the third televised presidential debate, late night hosts - including Trevor Noah and Stephen Colbert - immediately took to their shows to mock the candidates.

Primarily - as many have come to expect - Donald Trump received the majority of flack, mainly in thanks to his comments about seemingly not accepting the election result if he doesn’t win.

Alec Baldwin was once again ready to mock the Republican candidate on Saturday Night Live, opening the show with his infamous orange-faced impersonation.

The episode’s host, Tom Hanks, was also full on board the sketch , acting as moderator Chris Wallace, the esteemed actor having previously criticised Trump while promoting his latest film, Inferno. As with previous weeks, Kate McKinnon played a hilarious Hilary Clinton.

“It’s like the third Lord of the Rings movie,” Hanks opened the segment by saying. “You don’t want to watch but, hey, you’ve come this far.”

One of the sketches many highlights includes Baldwin's Trumps saying “Nobody has more respect for women than I do,” followed by a videos of hundreds of people laughing at the comment. Watch below.

Following last week’s sketch mocking Trump, the Emmy-nominated ex-Apprentice star criticised Saturday Night Live and Baldwin on Twitter, writing: “Time to retire the boring and unfunny show. Alec Baldwin portrayal stinks. Media rigging election.”

Meanwhile, various pop-culture figures have lambasted Trump in recent weeks, including Eminem, who released a new song titled “Campaign Speech”.
